Hi my post was from 3 years ago but I had the ops for the endometriosis in 2010/2011. In the end I chose not to go on prostap and was just dealing with the pain. It was always manageable and stayed like that throughout my pregnancy however as soon as my daughter was born a whole new lot of pains emerged that do not ease no matter what I do. The pain is constant in my shoulder blade and I am so stiff I can barely move. Twisting is impossible. This is accompanied with extremely painful/tender ribs and sternum. I have seen a rheumatologist privately who diagnosed me as having costochondritis however none of the solutions she recommended worked. I have constant internal abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting and my abdomen is so tender I cannot bare to even be touched. I was wondering if these are specific conditions or could it be endometriosis that's spread throughout different parts of my body. I'm desperate for help and especially pain relief
Was never told what stage it was but told it was scattered across my uterus and womb, on my ovaries, my appendix was twisted and stuck together and my bowel was stuck to my uterus
