Large fibroid releif

I have bleeding everyday for 6 weeks now sometimes very heavy with big clots I take northisterone 3 times a day that doesn’t seem to be working do you know if a less major surgery than a hysterectomy that will hel I have a very large fibroid and some small ones I’m 56 and near menopause but nothing happening yet thank you
