Hello everyone,
Has anyone ever used Agnus Castus for relief of endo symptoms? I'm currently taking it along with evening primrose but I'm not sure if it is working.
Has anyone ever had positive results with it?

Yes I’ve taken it for hormone issues and it’s worked well. Primrose oil is also great for preventing bloating.
Both are good I don’t know if it helps with other symptoms of endo
Vit b12 is very good also to get a good b complex.
