Is sacrum pain related to Endo??

For the last 12 months amongst everything else I have had a really painful sacrum. The pain radiates down my legs. I am ovulating and spotting at the moments and the pain is just beyond!

Do you think this is endo related?

I haven't been diagnosed with endo yet xx
