I had a lap about a year and half ago and hey did not find endometriosis, however now I am seeing a specialist and he is not convinced there is none
I have just started prostap injection and he said if these significantly help my pain he will know for sure it’s a hormone problem causing all my pain.
But if that is the case what would happen next??
I realise I’m looking into the future but just want to be a little prepared x

It's good that you're seeing a specialist whom seems to be taking your symptoms seriously.
If they suspect endometriosis you'll need a laparoscopy with an endo specialist whom can remove the endo via excision. Sometimes they'll do an ultrasound / MRI to check adhesions to other organs and any other health / hormone problems such as PCOS. These scans won't always show up endo so they should still want to do a lap. Ask for removal of endo at the same time plus biopsies of anything odd. I know it's early on and you're looking at the future but it's good to ask your specialist "what happens next?" and find out what their plans are.
If you search google for "NICE Endometriosis", there's the National Institute for heath Care and Excellence which outlines the treatment guidelines for endo, it'll help you work out what the specialists should follow
