Advice needed please

Hi guys, Can anyone give me any advice please? Following a cervical cancer diagnosis and surgery I was found to have stage 4, Deep infiltrating Endometriosis, in all my reproductive organs, bowel, bladder, pelvic wall, sciatic and sacral nerves, renal through the urters to my right kidney, total obliteration of the pouch of Douglas and NOW suspected Diaframatic endometriosis too.... My question is in relation to recent symptoms, I can't take a deep breath, I have almost constant pain in the center but underneath my ribs and to the right side under my rib and when on my period I coughed up a small amount of blood. This pain was originally only for a few days during ovulation and a few days leading up to my period as well as during and a few days after, but now it's constant to a point of any exertion I'm breathless and dizzy. Can anyone else confirm these as symptoms of Diaframatic endometriosis please? I'm in with my Multi-disaplinary team next week anyway but it's worrying me as it seems to be more painful by the day.
