Drain fitted after lap

I had my 3rd lap on 5th sept. I was kept in for a night due to the extent of the endo and had a drain fitted in the incision above my pubic bone, where it collected blood. That was taken out on the 6th sept and I was able to go home. When I had the drain it hurt inside when I had a wee and it’s continued to be painful inside where the drain was ever since. I’ve seen Doctors on 2 occasions as the pain hasn’t improved, prescribed tramadol and anti sickness tablets as I’ve got nausea. I’m now getting sharp shock pains. Has anyone had this after having a drain? I’m scared to wee because of it but know I have to stay hydrated. Also my vagina is bruised and is still black. I’ve got bad bruising on my side. Never had anything like this on the 2 laps before this. I just don’t feel any better at all.
