Me too. For the last 6 months. Yes, a bit of an eye opener. There’s such mis-information and confusion floating around about our condition that surely it’s the best way to try and help yourself. As far as I can see there’s no down side to her approach. Just sensible suggestions. And it doesn’t have to be expensive if you can maybe cut back in other areas of your life, plan a bit more and make eating well a bit more of a priority. It is certainly helping me, but with the unpredictable nature of endo, you just never know. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏼 Glad you liked too. Nina. 🌞
