Anyone conceived naturally following ablation surgery (not excision)?

Hi all,

2 months ago I had a laparoscopy to diagnose and ablate endo. Unfortunately, at the time, I wasn't aware the difference between ablation and excision surgery. I was diagnosed with stage 2-3 endo and I am currently mostly pain free. My partner and I are trying to conceive and just wondered if anyone had success following just ablation surgery rather than excision?

Yes! My first lap was ablation - it still took me over 2 yrs to conceive tho. I have stage 4 endo. Don’t give up, stay positive and keep trying x

Not that I know of. Keep trying for a year or so and if you cannot or the pain comes back, consult with an excision specialist
