I had an external scan with full bladder and then an internal vaginal scan. I was told that nothing abnormal could be seen...has anyone else had this happen? Am I right in thinking that just because nothing was seen on an ultrasound, that endometriosis could still be present when they take a look during a lap? Feeling like I’m getting nowhere with this now

Yes your right, clear imaging does not mean no endo, mostly endo doesn't show which is why it's not considered a way of diagnosising endo. It tends to be used to rule other things out I.E. Cysts.
