Did you know that Endometriosis UK has an Endometriosis Friendly Employer scheme? The scheme offers guidance to employers on supporting people with endometriosis, sharing ideas of simple adjustments that can often be made to help people with endometriosis deliver their job effectively alongside managing a chronic condition.

By encouraging organisations to create an open environment for talking about endometriosis, we hope both you and your workplace will have the confidence to talk about what support you might need to deliver your job. We want every employer to adopt an open culture when it comes to talking about female health and endometriosis, and in turn, help employees feel supported and able to thrive in the workplace.

There seems to be a problem with following links from the forum, I'm not sure why this would be, as I am able to get to the page if I click on the link. If you are still unable to get to the page by following the link then it may be easier to go to our website endometriosis-uk.org, under the 'get involved' tab there is a link to the employers scheme.
