NEED ADVICE

I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis when i was 14 , im 22 now and in the those 8 years i have had 4 surgeries to try and remove the endo , unfortunately after a year or so after each surgery the endo grew back quickly, the pain has got excruciating to the stage moving a little in bed kills me , I’ve recently been to the doctors and he wanted to sign me off work indefinitely, i told him thats the last thing i want but the pain is unbearable, taking the painkillers is only easing the pain but not enough where i can move much without crying , what do i do??

I’m so sorry. I know that pain. And those tears. What kind of surgery are they doing on you? Where and by who? IMO. The ONLY way endo can be removed is by deep excision surgery where they take the lot away. If you’ve had anything other than that it’s a waste of time. 4 surgeries in 8 years is inexcusable. It's too much and any surgeon in their right freaking mind shouldn't have made you got through it because the more surgeries you get, the higher the chance to get more adhesions and lesions.

Who performed these surgeries? Was it excision surgery?

The best option you have right now it to get a definitive surgery that will fix you up once and for all. Given your extreme circumstances and the numerous failed previous surgeries, there are only 1 or 2 surgeons who could actually help you.
