So I’ve had a scan after sharp pain in my ovary and it’s showed a endometrioma.
My periods have been a bit weird for the last few months as in 5/6 wk in between periods then going from 10 days of bleeding which is the norm for me down to 48hrs.
This month I have had no period but constantly feel like I’m gonna start my period.
Can they stop your period completely?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with an endometrioma behind my ovary. I'm not 100% sure about them stopping your period but my periods and been all over the place since I stopped my pill a year and a half ago. I had one cycle where I just had spotting for about 8 days. Sorry if this isn't much help to you.
I get really sharp stabbing pains on my right side and my lower abdomen and a dull pain in back again at the right side. The right ovary is where the endometrioma is. I get the pains during my period and they continue for a few days after then come back again usually around ovulation. I have very light periods never heavy. I have also been suffering from UTI's so have been referred for an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder.
