Hi all, I had my lap to remove ending three months ago now and my pain still hasn’t improved.
The Jaydess (which replaced my Mirena) is giving me hormonal migraines and I’m in a lot of pain still.
Is this normal? I’m losing hope 😔

Is it pelvic pain you are experiencing? Besides the hormonal migraines.
Yep pelvin pain, leg pain, back pain 😢 it’s so intense. It makes it worse that I’m getting migraines too x
Is the other pains (leg, back, pelvic) it constant or does it happen in waves? Certain times of the day and/or month?
It sounds similar to what I have been going though. I am 9 weeks since my lap that diagnosed and removed endo and although some symptoms have improved amazingly, other symptoms/pains haven't unfortunately. I didn't get anything put in like mirena but I was put on a hormonal medication for 6 months that is supposed to suppress endo and stop my period for awhile. I think that may be related to some of my pains and symptoms but I can't be sure. I experienced hormonal migraines many years before the op when i was on contraception (the pill and tried implanon briefly ) and as a withdrawal side effect when i came off the pill. I don't have experience with the mirena but I know from others that maybe it could be the cause of the pain and the hormonal migraines or your body adjusting to it still?
Have you seen a GP yet about what you have been experiencing?
I've also been dealing with nerve pain and recovery pains still. I am a bit confused about which pain is linked to what cause and what is normal or not after the kind of surgery I had (mine was quite extensive). I know hormones play a bit part after removal of endo and that could be contributing to some pains as the body is trying to adjust.
