So today ahead my mri results they found stage 4 endo cysts on my ovaries and endo on rectum and on my bowel. I’m going to need bowel surgery and a possible removal of ovaries and womb. Has anyone had zodlaex and hrt?

Im sorry to hear that. I was on decapeptyl for 6 months and I must say that even if the symptoms were the worst, when I had the surgery the endometrioma on my ovary had shrunk. I had all endo excised from my bowels, vagina and recto-vaginal area. Luckily they were able to save my ovaries and tubes and I believe live putting me on menopause state helped. Although you can only be in that state for a few months, in my opinion. Be brave, always get second opinons, even third if possible and trust only endo experts.
My mri was similar. I went on zoladex do consultant could see if a hysterectomy would help. It took 4/5 months for me to be in less pain. I still had the sensations of a cycle without the bleeding. It continued to be less pain free and main issue was my bowel symptoms. The HRT really helped and I wouldn’t be without it. I had a total of 1 year zoladex and I’m due surgery next month. I didn’t realise how pain free I was until I stopped it and 3 months later I’m in agony again.
Best wishes
