Need advice

[Everlast]

Hi everyone, I had my laparoscopy In April they didn’t find anything they only made two cuts my bellybutton and on my left side. I was getting like an irritating twinging pain below my belly button that lasted a few weeks I just thought it might of been the way they stitched my belly button anyways I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant and that weird pain is back I can’t see the midwife until Wednesday and I’ve been so worried that the operation I had can cause me to have an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage just ive been getting that pain and other pains (nothing serious) I know it could be stretching pains but is there anyone on here that have had the surgery and had a baby after any advice will be great.
