High ketones and blood in urine

Hey, hope everyone’s having an OK day...

So I have stage 4 endo and recently discovered I now also have severe adhesions and am awaiting laparoscopy no2, following another ambulance trip and hospital admission for a severe flare up a few weeks ago.

My urine tests keep showing high ketones and blood in my urine- despite IV antibiotics and 3 rounds of oral antibiotics in the last 4 weeks...

Does anyone else have experience of this or ideas as to what it could be?

Seeing GP later today and chasing consultant for an op date!
