I’ve been to the doctors twice because of a change in size of my right breast. It is one third bigger than my left so is quite noticeable, it’s never been like this before.
When i PMS my right breast becomes even more swollen and sore and tender, and slightly warm. The left breast has no symptoms
I’ve been excersising more than ever recently so am wondering if the changes are due to a decrease in fat? Could it be hormonal? Why only one breast?
The doctor gave me a thorough examination twice and said it was all fine.
I’m just worried incase she’s missed something. I’m 29 years old. Anyone else ever had this?

Hi, I also get PMS symptoms such as pain, swelling, and cyst like lumps in one breast only if that reassures you at all. If your one breast is permanently swollen compared to the other and you are worried it wouldn't do any harm to make an appointment with a different doctor to have a look, and then you will have a second opinion too - it might ease your mind a little!
