Still bleeding and pain 7 weeks after op

Evening all.

So 7 weeks ago I had diagnostic laparoscopy, merina coil fitted and biopsies taken. The biopsies came back all clear. I had the op due to suspected endometriosis. He never mentioned endo when I came round but I was told they cut away adhesions from my right ovary, tube and bowel.

I've been bleeding ever since and had constant and worsening pain on my lower right abdomen.

The bleeding started as red and very clotting. It the went to brown spotting but still every day. And now for the last 7 days I've been bleeding red with red and pink clots.

I've been to my gp and they don't seem to be bothered.

I also got told today I have bacterial vaginosis.

Is this normal?
