Abnormal vaginal bleed when bowels are full or after empty

Just wondering has this happend to anyone? Not much online about it and havnt got a clear answer from doc.. it started 2 days after last period ended with just some light spotting after bowel movement.. then I went 2 days without a bm and the bleeding got very heavy and I was passing massive clots.. went to hosp had a pelvic exam, internal ultrasound,blood tests, and urine test, and was told they are all clear and it could be just hormones... i finally had a bm yesterday and the bleeding stopped completely.. then this morning I had upper abdominal pain and nausea (I suffer from stomach acid) and the spotting started again.. also had another bm and there was vaginal blood again .. I'm so confused as to why this is happening and just wondering is anybody going through the same thing? Thanks
