Twisted fallopian tubes

Hi girls, I had my surgery in Dec 18. The surgeon told me my fallopian tube on my left side was twisted & wrapped around my left ovary? I've since seen her for a follow up app and she said she untwisted my tube and moved my ovary back as she said it had fallen behind my womb?? She said she found no cysts or endo on my ovary or fallopian tubes?? So I asked her what caused it to twist etc and she said she didn't know??? Has anyone had this and has an explanation for me? She also found 2x spots of endo on my bowel. So know I have i wait for an MRI on my pelvis to check for more endo on my bowel? Any feedback appreciated x
