Just diagnosed with endometriosis

Hi so I’m 24 and have recently just been diagnosed with endometriosis! After years of having period problems my gps refused to send me for any scans etc as they said I was just an unlucky woman who has bad period pains!! Untill December gone I was rushed into hospital from work due to having really bad abdomen pain and being sick with suspected gall stones! However at this point i was sent for an ultrasound which detected no gall bladder problem but a 10cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary! As this was the 23rd of December I was discharged with pain relief and was advised I would have a fast referral to see a gynaecologist in the new year! I then went to my first appointment on the 8th January who advised they were unsure what the cyst was from and they wanted to do further tests! After many blood tests, a CT scan an MRI the decision was finally made to remove the right ovary and cyst as in the 2 month it had grown! Therefore on the 27th February I had my right ovary removed with an 15cm attached to it and unfortunately a 4cm cyst removed of the left ovary which had just appeared within that month! I was deverstated as I’m only 24 and loosing one ovary was bad enough but to think my other ovary had problems too scared the living daylights out of me! However my surgeon told me had managed to cut the cyst if the left ovary and leave my tube in place! I had my surgery by a laparotomy and therefore the last few weeks have all been about recovering!! In the mean time I’ve received a letter from my consultant to advise the cysts results had been returned and it was benign which I was over the moon about but I had stage 4 endometriosis and is been referred to a endometriosis specialist on the 8th May! However last week I had my first period and was in agony and have now been left with excruciating pain in my left side which feels like a cyst again! Is it possible to have another cysts so quick! I am so scared I am going to need my left ovary removed as well meaning I will be infertile! Has anyone else expierenced anything similar! I feel so alone right now!
