Does anyone get this feeling and what is it?

I keep getting the feeling when Im just sitting or laying in bed. It’s like something inside moves past my bladder or something and I get a quick strong feeling like I’m about to wee then it goes? Sorry that probably doesn’t explain it well 😣

Does anyone else get this and know what it is?
