Am hoping to join the London Endo March this weekend if pains die down and wondered if anyone knows if there are any steps/ stairs enroute that we will need to go up? I can go down them easily but struggle going up more than a few, those damn hip pains... x

I'm not sure, I can't go as I have other stuff planned for that day which is a bummer.

They have a facebook page, it may be worth asking on there or messaging them, the organisers plan the route.
