The pains started almost a year ago. Two or three days after my period has ended I start to experience severe pelvic pain and lower abdominal pain which goes away after 8-10 days. The pain makes me urinate frequently and also makes my tummy rumble. My gynae linked it to my appendix which was removed but the pains remained. Its really frustrating...

Could you describe the pain your feeling ? I am yet to be diagnosed with endo but experience symptoms exactly like this, especially urinating frequently and difficulty urinating. It can be really hard knowing what's going on especially when the pains can be on and off or random. Definitely worth just checking it out. Xx

Pain is more on my right side but I don't have difficulty urinating though. Sometimes spreads to my left pelvic area

Is it a stretching pulling pain ? Or is it an ache ? Etc....

Crampy pulsating pain which shoots into my thighs. This also gives me some pain in my rectum and gives me frequent bowel movement.

I have the same symptoms and I am going crazy with the pain.. It started three years ago.. the pain starts a day or two after my period ends and lasts 4-6 days, until ovulation... it is excruciating pain that normally starts during the night and feels like burning... my whole abdomen and pelvic area are inflamed and feel tender.

I've done laporoscopy, D&C, CT, MRI and multiple ultrasounds. It apperars my uterus is enlarged and the doctors suspect adenomyosis, there is no edno.

However, its hard for me to accept this diagnosis because I don't have horrible pain before or with period but after.. my periods are havy but the pain that I get after the period is over is extremely severe. I take ibuprofen and cry until the pills start to work.

anybody here with adeno has similar symptoms?
