Hi!

After my lap I was told nothing was found, I went to another specialist who did an internal ultrasound and also found nothing so I’ve been referred to a chronic pain clinic and I was wondering what they do and if it’s been helpful for anyone? Xx

Help! What you need to do is get a second opinion, go to another gynecologist that is 'skilled' in the treatment for 'laparascopic surgery for endometriosis'. There is nothing worse that having chronic pain and no diagnosis. There is and must be a reason for your pain. You need a diagnosis of some description. Please be aware, that their is 'skilled' and 'not-so-skilled' surgeons out there who peep inside us to check for endo. Some surgeons honestly don't 'specialize' in 'laparscopic surgeries for endo' and wouldn't have a clue. Trust your instincts, some thing is wrong, you're in pain, and the reason for your pain could be well and truly out of site even in a laparscopy! We have so many organs in us, you need to have it pinpointed what your pain is.

do some research on the 'skill' level of the surgeon who did your lap.
