Hi Chez86,

Can I give you some advice i've learnt, never strain, its really bad for you. A healthy poo is easy to pass and To change that, you're going to have to give yourself foods that your bowels can easily digest. IE: a paleo diet, or similar. I'm not sure if you're aware, but your bowels do not like the starch in any of the foods you eat: weet-bix, flour, coscos, rice, sugar, cornflours and other thickeners, etc etc etc.

Try eat veges, lean cuts of meat, one serve of fruit and water each day for 1 week ;cut out dairy, alochol and green tea, tea and coffee. I guarantee to you, you won't be straining after a few days (hopefully).

Also try do the opposite to strain when doing #2's. Just do deep breathing and relax yourself. This can also make a MAJOR difference.

Lastly, get some professional help with the starch free diet, and ensure you're also getting a good gynecologist to help you remove your endometriosis.

I hope this helps somehow.........xxx

Hello, Ok I understand, that is exactly what my old GP did, they never refered me to a gyne or told me I might have endometriosis. Ask for a referral or change GP's. Be the boss of yourself, stop eating these panadols, and literally sort get a gynecologists to sort out all your pain. After all its not normal to have all this pain. Happy to help you with any more questions. A good gynecolgoists that specialises in endometriosis is what you're after - That can perform 'deep-excision' surgery. Try to get one privately if you can afford it, as you quality of life will be much better, as you'll be able to get treated sooner etc.
