Hi everyone,im a newbie on here so it seems a bit scary! ...just looking for any advice on how people cope with the pain please? I have grade 4 endo .thanx.

Hi I have just joined the forum today aswell,and was looking for the same advice as the pain is unbearable and really having an impact on my life!I currently take mefenamic acid for the pain and tranexamic acid to make periods lighter and only other thing that helps me is heat-hot bath or hot water bottle!I have been diagnosed for 3 years after getting laparoscopy and up until Jan this year was on the contraceptive pill and was taking 3 packs together so only suffered every 3 months which I would highly recommend if you are not currently trying for a baby!x

Thankyou for the reply i appreciate it :-)...i tried mefenamic acid too but it didnt help me. I have had zoladex implants for these last 3mths and tibolone,which helped to begin with but pain is coming back.especially when i sit down?.take care and i hope u keep controlling your pain well.

Thanks don't think I could take the medication that you are currently using because trying for a baby at present so don't think for me there really are any other options!i have already been in tears 3 times this morning with the pain and can't go out to a concert with my hubby today as planned which is really disappointing!

Oh no im really sorry to hear that :-(.its a nightmare.yeah my medicines will not suit u if u are trying for a baby.i have got two children so im blessed in that way.fingers crossed for you and i really wish u and your hubby some luck with getting pregnant.

Hiya...Yes im in the uk... but not very comfortable with giving all my other details out to be honest
