Currently in the toilet at work, been here half an hour already lol so fed up with this every month and just need to rant! It’s bad enough having horrendous pain, being extremely tired and constantly crying, to add throwing up into the mix? That’s just cruel 😩

Feel human again today! The training seemed to go ok, id had a couple of zapain tablets so it’s all a bit of a blur!! X

Well done maaf, re coping with the training session.When you just needed to curl up in a ball and sleep away the pain. It's so hard when you're suffering and have to pretend everything is OK. Glad you feel better 🌹
