jaydess and strange period pains?? i'm confused.

last month i had what would've been my period as i have a jaydess in. Here is a few of the strange period pain symptoms i got with it:

-started off with sore and shakey feverish feel all over me. Sore pelvis bones and lower back, and sore pelvis.

-next day when i lay on my side in bed, it felt like the 't' of my jaydess was poking 'raw' inside my uterus. Like a sharp pain. when i rolled to the other side it felt just as raw and sore feel. again just as sharper pain. the sharp pain dissapeared when i stood up.

-my whole pelvis sometimes felt like an inflammed area as a whole, not just one particular area. It felt almost like a burning, but the pain levels weren't 10/10. real strange numbing feel to it.

-bit constipated and quite nauseous.

-thought i had a bladder infection, as felt sooooo gross, like a queer fever feel all over my body. Dr said the results showed no infection!!!???

I don't really get blood, so some of these symptoms could've started a before my period. Its really hard to tell.

i'm yet to tell my gyne, but am going to see him soon. In the mean time just wondered if anyone else has had any strange symptoms like this and just wondered if this is normal if you have a jaydess in. I used to have a mirena in for 7 months, 2 years ago, which badly didn't suit; and just hope its not my uterus reminding itself of its old habits with the mirena. although the mirena was super bad, i couldn't walk and was in 7 full time months of pain. it was like a super strange period....like i couldn't even function, i was sleeping in and all over the bean bag during the day, really dosey. i'm so confused...
