Back pain

Hey, a few days I wrote about lower back pain when I’m having a pain flare up.

I’ve been going physio for a month and it’s not helping my pain which makes me think maybe it’s not muscular but maybe it’s something else.

It’s made worse when I’m walking, playing golf or even just sitting. The pain is in my lower back (feels as though it’s on fire) and radiates round my pelvis and lower stomach (heavy achy feeling)

I’m seeing the nurse next week for my 2nd zoladex injection and going to mention it to her but I’m not sure what else to do.

Could my gynae have missed endo around my lower back area even though he said it’s clear?

Normally physio works but it doesn’t seem to be and I’ve paid a lot of money already for no improvements xx

I have a lot of Endo in the pouch of Douglas which is lower back if you look it up. They only diagnosed mine when I had a laparoscopy. Your symptoms sound very similar to mine xx

I’ve had a laparoscopy but apparently he didn’t find any in the POD just around my uterus area xx

I get lower back back too. I have found that 3 things help - hot water bottles, shiatsu massagers (I bought mine for £6 on ebay) and Tai Chi (lots of videos available on youtube)

Did they find any endo in your lower back area? I’ve tried heat and massages and doesn’t seem to help xxx
