Soo I have been suffering for weeks with ridiculous amount of pain, been signed off for 3 weeks now nearly 4. Yesterday the pain was under control with painkillers and I actually did not feel to bad. So i had a shower and went out to the supermarket did some shopping come home put it away so nothing massive. Now i was awake at 3 in pain,half 4, 5. Now I’m in so much pain! I feel like my body is punishing me for doing something so simple. Anybody else feel like this? Thanks
