I had a laparoscopy 3 months ago to remove 2 large endometreomas the one on my left was stuck but the ovary was saved. Told stage 4 endo fast forward 3 months I’m sitting here in agony very sharp pain thats stabbing me where the left ovary is that going down my left leg and the pain wont stop could i have grown a small cyst in 3 months an it burst i dont feel sick ect just in alot of pain i also have mild pain in my right ovary this came out of nowhere a bath helps but painkillers not working, any advice what i should do next?
