Help recovery time and solo parenting

Help I’ve finally got my date for my laparoscopy at the end of February on a Thursday. My patterned goes away early Saturday morning for 3 days and I will be solo parenting 3 kids 4,8,11. I’m most worried about getting them to school/Pre school on the Monday. As we walk (new in the village so don’t know other parents well enough to ask) plus I have to pick my little girl up at 12 then go back again for 3:20!

It’s going to be too much isn’t it?

My parents might be able to help a little!

I’ve had a general and laparoscopy before for a ruptured ectopic and had my right tune removed. I wasn’t even walking very well by day 7!

Plus I’m now really stressing about recovery in general!

Hey hun. Can you not ask the school to help explain your situation I'm sure they would help you out for a week just be honest. Please don't do too much hun. Speaking from experience iv done way to much since having my son via emergency section then an emergency laparotomy 3 days later and another 2 surgeries in space of 8 weeks now I'm going back for hernia and getting my scar sorted that's trying to open from behind. These are my fault for doing way too much that's just picking my chunk of a son up. You know how you felt on your last lap. Reach out to the school lovely I'm sure they'll help you out. Good luck xxx
