Hello ladies,
just wondered if anyone had been successful in treating their endometriosis with natural alternatives to medication or surgery? Or if you’ve heard about life changes to diminish symptoms?

Hi Krystle
I tried acupuncture this past year for a range of things...
endo...
over active gut...
stress... and to generally chill me out!
It did work! I can’t say it stopped my endo pains or decreased them it helped slightly with my over active gut but that eventually stopped and returned to normal but it relaxed me no end and I felt so much less irritated with things, other people & situations and felt a real inner calm.
It’s worth a try for anyone and the needles don’t hurt at all. It’s a doddle after the first session or two. Just be careful who you go too and find out the type of acupuncture they offer x
Hi, please try homeopathy, its brilliant. I didnt know about it when i was first diagnosed and being on zoladex for a very long time i was fine. However i had monthly migraines which gradually got worse and nothing i took helped. I turned to homeopathy and within 8 months was cured of migraines that i had for 20 years. I also used homeopathy for a recent problem slightly connected to endo and again this has cleared up that my lovely gynae man was flummoxed with. You need to find a good homeopathist as like drs there are good and not so good. It can take months to get the right remedy but i have no doubt that it will help immensely. Good luck
Hello, my symptoms dramatically reduced with black seed oil, and drinking celery juice on an empty belly first thing in the morning. Look into it xx
