So I’ve been struggling the past few days . I’ve had really bad stomach pains and as soon as I eat I have to go to the toilet basically . I’m wondering if this ever happens to any of you but also if it could be lap recovery related. I had my first period after my lap last week and the day it finished this started. Thanks

Is it that food is going straight through? Or it's sort of like you eat and that triggers the digestive system to move stuff through? The latter is how children's digestive systems work, it can be trained in too.
I know it sounds like tmi but are your bowel movements normal? eating habits normal
Some women with endo do have upset stomachs around their period. Have you had endo removed? The body doesn't respond well to surgery there so it can send systems into shock - the recovery plus your period may have thrown it out a little - it can take a few months and a few cycles to feel normal again.
Just keep an eye on your bowel movements - as long as you can control it / not too runny / too stuck, and you're drinking lots of fluids it should be fine. If you're concerned you could see your GP, or try rehydration sachets to replace lost fluids.
If you're taking painkillers or stressing (high adrenaline), sleeping less can have an effect on your stomach too, especially if you take NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen - these can irritiate the stomach when taken long term - usually you can get a tablet to take with it - I have omazeprole - it protects the stomach.
I went through a bad spell of that about 5-7 days after my lap. I'd been on my period during the opp. I wondered if my body over reacted to the senna I had to take to get things moving (codeine induced problems), but it may have been the surgery that triggered it. I had days of cramps, nausea and needing the loo. Often it was triggered by eating. I took buscopan to help with the cramps and activated charcoal tablets (they help gas pain and useful for diarrhea as I found when traveling in Asia) and was sucking mints or ginger sweets for the nausea. It eventually settled down. I was a bit panicked about it and as I had excision from my peritoneal wall multiple bowel movements where the last thing my body needed. Bear in mind I have a lot of bowel issues anyway but if you haven't before it might be worth speaking to a doctor to be on the safe side. Hope it eases up soon!
