Hi all, I'm new here and have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and the sister of endometriosis - 'Adenomyosis'. I had the mirena coil put in a last month but really struggled with the pain and as a result went to A&E and had it removed straight away! Not a good option 😔 anyway, since that experience my last period was extremely painful and the worst cramps I've ever had! Plus at night I get a sharp pain in my lower left side (the ovary that has PCOS) during this time! Can anyone help or suggest any reasons why this is happening? Not too sure if it's as a result of the bad coil experience! Many thanks in advance xxx
