What's your symptoms? Are you Diagnosed? Can you relate to my symptoms?

Ive had chronic right pelvic pain for over 5 years. For the longest time I would have excruciating pain once a month and thought it was bladder , but always came back no bacteria. Then I had trouble getting pregnant. It went from a 3 month black tarry light cycle to no cycle. Finally found both were full of cysts and suspected PCOS, but hormones we're fine . Every cycle I suffered with right hip and leg pain but I figured it was the cysts. I started hormones and eventually got pregnant. Not long after birth, periods went whack again. In may I had bowel wall thickening (in right colon and illeum) and was in the hospital three days taking morphine and treating. Never could find a source of bacteria and suspected chrons disease but August my colonoscopy was clear. Currently pelvic pain and this excruciating leg pain, all on right side but it's not my stomach for sure. Did an Ultrasound showed multiple cysts on my right ovary , tilted uterus., And my right ovary stuck to my uterus. Having laproscopy Nov 26th to look, hoping we can figure out this pain. Wondering if anyone diagnosed had similar problems with legs and diagnosed Endo? I don't have particularly heavy periods but when I did it was mostly clots. Looking for answers as they suspect Endo. Anyone with similar experiences?

Hi,

you sound very similar to me. I've been backwards and forwards to the Drs for years now. I have also had had multiply scans which have also shown pcos I also had a lap earlier on in the year. No endo was found but they found that my right ovary was stuck to the pelvic floor wall. The lap was done with a general guinea and they told me it's a symptom of endo but because none was found they don't know. Basically they haven't ralled endo out and that there's still a high chance I have it. I have pain in my hips, lower back, legs and sharp stabbing pains in my tummy just before and during period. I also have other symptoms that include extreme tiredness, feeling sick, painful sex, UTI's, needing to wee all the time, funny bowel movements and other nasty infections.

During my lap they moved the ovary back into place and they said this should help with the pain and infections but it's done nothing.

The advice I can give is to have you're lap done with an endo specialist as I wish I had done because now they're not even sure if I have endo or not and I'm stuck with still not knowing. They told me at the hospital that it's only a 50% chance they actually fine anything in women. I've also had a colonoscopy and nothing was found but it was extremely painful at points.

Good luck. Xx
