Hello Winnie . I have recently had a flare up and they are becoming more frequent recently. Tramadol has stopped working.... I've found the only thing that really helps is naproxen , a hot water bottle and plenty of rest.
It's not always possible to have lots of rest ( especially when you work full time and have a 4 year old !) But I try to have lots of early nights .
Hi, try acupuncture, I had 5 sessions and although didn’t take pain away completely, it was much more manageable and I noticed a difference after 1st session. That was about year ago. Going to book some more as pain is really bad again. Just make sure if you do get acupuncture they know about endometriosis and give u the correct treatment x
Hey I was the same i couldn't find any medication that helped and was desperate. Finally.convinced my gyne doc to give me zoladex. Had first injection but won't know if it has worked untill the 22nd . I'm currently experiencing alot of menopausal symptoms but tbh they are fine compared to that pain. Hopefully it does work and gives me relief untill I have surgery . It could be an option for you. Xx
I found the mirena coil helpful. A lot of endometriosis pain does not respond well to pain relief, but sometimes it responds to hormone treatment, via pill or coil. Xx
