Leg pain

Hey, does anybody have any good ideas on how to help leg pain? My calf has pain that radiates up and down, and also in my feet. Both my feet and ankles hurt when I get up from sitting or getting out of bed so I kind of hobble for a while . But mainly my right leg is so painful, it comes and goes every few minutes and make me feel like I need to click my ankles or press on my calf.

It’s a kind of burning tingling numbing pain if that makes any sense.

It’s really getting to me now.

Any help would be great

Hello do you have someone in the house that can massage your calf and feet? That may help you. Or have a hot bath? I do this for sore legs and also take Nortyryptaline x

Thanks for that. I do have a hot bath to help, but I will ask my husband for a Massage
