Pains and spotting after my period ended

Hi ladies, I am quite new here but it is nice to be part of this group. I have been reading more related stories but didn’t know how to join but, hurray, eventually I’m here. Ladies, I have been having pains on my left abdominal and this comes with spotting with possible clot too (some large and some small) in the color of brown. It’s either if I had eating something or if I’m hungry. It’s quite a weird feeling cause sometimes I go without food and water for the whole day just to avoid this weird feeling. Oh, I can’t hold my wee for a little time otherwise I’ll spot too. I don’t really know what is happening to me. Two days last week I felt nausea and vomited but I want to think it was food poison. Though I went to my Gp and explained to her but she said the last time she had a blood test done, the results was not bad. So she is wondering what could be happening to me. I am under a gynaecologist but they have not written me in a long time. I just would like to know if other ladies had gone through this and what should I do moving forward? Right now I’m just sat done with pain. Sorry for the long reading.

Hello and welcome. Like you I had right hand sided pain, I see yours is on the left. I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis and possibly Endometriosis, waiting on a laparoscopy. Have you seen your gynaecologist? Have you had any tests done? I also wee constantly! I can’t pass a toilet and it’s so frustrating, I am 37. I have horrendous periods and flooding, it’s so debilitating as the blood comes through my clothes. It leaves me feeling weak and tired. You are one of the many ladies who are suffering with gynae issues, I joined here to speak to others who understood as I didn’t want to always speak to family & friends. Plus they won’t full understand as they don’t have these issues. You will get plenty of support on here. Feel free to PM me if you would like to chat.

Thank you and sorry for the late reply. Yes I was seen by gynaecologist, think from early last year and had scan or ultrasound and small cyst and fibroid was found. My GP said, because the gynaecologist said they were small that they believe it will go away itself. Had about 3 appointments with the gynaecologist, suddenly i just didn’t receive anymore appointment letter. It’s really sad. Been to my GP again to inform her, luckily I found out that I am still under the same gynaecologist. Now, the problem is that no gynaecologist or anyone to inform if I’m experiencing any symptoms. The terms Adenomyosis and endometriosis and laparoscopy, I’m not familiar with. So sorry to hear the difficulties you’re experiencing with flooded period, weakness and tiredness. I felt the same end of the year 2016 and was put on waiting list with the same gynaecologist till early last year when I got to see him. I was put on esmya for 3 months and after a scan was done again. That was when they realised that it had reduced in size. But I started to feel the same way I was feeling 2 years ago...I mean not flooding, but symptoms like migraine and abdominal pain close to my period. My biggest concern is that I don’t have any children yet and I will love to have someday. This is what this site is good for that women alike can share ideas and experiences together to make ourselves feel better.
