Is it Endometriosis?

Hi has anybody had a really difficult time of being diagnosed with Endometriosis? The short story is my CT scan showed a suspicious lump/mass which they later removed by laparoscopic surgery. The lump turned out to be haematoma's found in the 'Pouch of Douglas'. Biopsies were clear. The Docs were convinced it was going to be Endometriosis but they couldn't see any signs of it, although all my symptoms point to Endometriosis. The pains for the 3/4 days every month are excruciating! I get some pain/discomfort for the rest of the month also (dull aches/shooting pains/back ache) constipation is also an issue and really painful. Difficulty passing urine during that time of the month. Everything fits - I am just confused as to whether something has been missed :-(
