Merina coil

So I am waiting to see my gyne again in november to have the merina coil taken out i say november because i wanted to wait another 3 months so that i would have had it for around 8-9 months and i had tried to give it time but things are quite bad now I am now having more periods and my face is full of spots and also i am noticing thick black hairs growing along my chin everytime i see one i get rid of it and before i know it theres another one. Also my mood is so so low most of them time and i am having awful bouts of anxiety i feel sometimes like my mental health is just really suffering and ive never felt this bad i have always suffered with bouts of low moods around my periods but this is most day now and I am very tired. I have tried moving my appointment to an early date but there are no appointments available as of yet the ladie said just to keep checking in to see if someone cancels. Should i just go to my gp and get it removed or wait? I am worried about the gap of no treatment once it is out until novemeber i wondered if anyone could shed some light on this if anyone else is in a similar situation thankyou x

I have never had the marina coil, but I was on the pill for about 7 years, I changed to a new pill called Yasmin and that’s when everything went south. I started experiencing the worst sort of anxiety, panic attacks in restaurants, feeling sick, depression. It was horrible and was ruining my life! The best thing I ever did was stop taking them! However I think I am in a similar situation to you, I don’t know what else I can do to ease the pain without any hormonal treatment?? I’ve been off the pill for about 18 months now, and I suffer every month. Maybe you could contact your Gp for particular pain relief to carry you through until you have your treatment?
