Having a period for a few days then no bleeding for 1 day, next day period is back ......

It's normal for me. That's what my periods are always like and have been for the past 4 years.

If it's different for you, it's worth noting and seeing what you're like the next few cycles.

Our cycles do tend to change after age 35 so it could be a change that's not concerning. I guess it depends on what else is going on. I'm 40 and when I've mentioned my periods changing to this pattern to Dr's, it's just been put down to my age.

I get this. Not always though. I’ll have a heavy period for 2-3 days and then absolutely nothing for about 1-2 days but I may get spotting. And then out of nowhere, I get heavy bleeding again for 2 days. It’s weird, as if I’m having 2 periods at the same time.

I have always been like this since teen years. Two days on, two off then three or four more days.

Hiya! This is normal for me & happens every month. My periods are regular (I can usually estimate it down to the day). I'll be bleeding for one or two days, stop for a day, and then bleed another one to two days. I'm 24 x

I never seem to know when I am getting a period, it just appears! thanks to all of you who replied to me. Hope you all having a pain free start to the week x
