Bladder endometriosis? Weird bleeding and pain returned, 4 months post-lap.

This is my first post, but reading other's posts in this community has been so helpful to me over the past few months. Thank you all!

After years of menstrual and other health issues, I started experiencing new symptoms in September 2017, including vaginal bleeding with urination and defecation. I also had vaginal bleeding and bad period pain when exercising.

I had a laparoscopy in May, which showed extensive rectal endo, also in pounch of douglas. It was successfully excised, and I was put on BC (loestrin 30), to be taken continuously to prevent regrowth of endo.

The bleeding with urination stopped, as did the period pain, I was so happy! But then in August they returned.

Today I saw my uro-gynae surgeon (who is lovely) and she said she wants to do a cystoscopy to check the bladder for endo.

I'm a bit confused, would endo in the bladder cause vaginal bleeding?

Does anyone have any similar experiences or advice?
