I’m 4 months post-lap for endo and I’ve still been having quite severe pain and irregular bleeding, but things have been getting worse lately.
I’ve been back to gynaecology and they’ve said they don’t think there’s any issue and that it’s normal and hormones (they haven’t done any scans or tests) and to keep doing what I’m doing.
I’m on Loestrin 20 and have never had the issues I’ve been having lately in the 5 years I’ve been on it. I bleed randomly throughout the month and I have all my PMS symptoms constantly. Just in the past few days I’ve started having a pulling feeling when going to bathroom or exercising, it feels like something is stuck to the inside of my abdomen area.
I’m really at a loss now for what to do and my doctors who I thought were brilliant have left me doubting that I know my own body. Any advice would be really appreciated right now because I’m feeling really down about the whole thing! Thanks in advance x

Hi, I’m five months post excision and also on hormones (visanne) and also feel like crap on and off constantly. I’ll have one good day and then three days of nausea and low level cramps. For two weeks last month I had a horrible intense pulling pain near my right incision. Then suddenly it subsided. I keep telling myself “healing takes a while” and “hormones do odd things to cycles” but I’m also approaching the stage of thinking: is this ever going to get better? I’m so sick of telling people I’m still in pain, still not up to strength, still having to cancel things.y only relief had been cycling whenever possible as it seems to loosen the pelvis up a bit. I have no answers for you, but you are no alone in feeling low months after surgery.
