Anyone having really bad mood swings, still feeling endo pains and weight gain from the merina coil?

Recently had my 3rd coil put in, and am experiencing different symptoms with this one. Had a copper coil when I was in my late teens, got bad pains and very heavy periods, saw GPs constantly and knew something wasn't right, finally got referred to Gyno, diagnosed endo and confirmed with laparoscopy, had merina inserts during that, had it in a year and removed it to start a family in 2009. Had first daughter in 2011, then 2nd daughter in 2013, followed by merina coil back in after that. That coil was fine, although 3 years in, never any periods but the period pains were coming back as time went on. I thought perhaps a change was due as started feeling drained and lethargic, thought perhaps the hormone was running out so had it change recently. Was extremely painful this time round being inserted, I had thick yellow translucent mucus come through for a week then had a period and now my nipples are really sore! I've a terrible libido and lately just feel so down and emotional and my mood is very aggressive, I'm so sure it's down to the coil and think after all these years my body maybe needs a break from hormones, but I'm worried my endo will come back with a vengeance. I've heard stories of people who suffer terrible with endo and count myself lucky that I'm not that serious but I don't want to get like that either. So I'm in a tug of war of endo vs my well being. Anyone ever had similar problems? I'm at my whits end now.
