Today I ran a session all about looking after your mental health at work. We talk about if you worry enough or are stressed enough it can have a physical affect on your body, tummy ache, feeling sick, raised blood pressure etc. After the session a colleague pulled me to one side and said “don’t you think you should practice what you preach, so to speak” followed by “do you think your pain could all be stress related? The frustrating thing is this is probably the person who has asked the most questions about my stage 4 endo. I have a desease, it’s definitely not in my head and I don’t stress once I have a plan lol 😂 some people!
