Pill free week - off work and in bed

Hi All. I’m just wondering is there anyone else in a similar scenario? I take 4 packs of the pill back to back since my laparoscopy for extensive (grade 1) endo. I basically had endo tissue on everything. I just find the periods really hard to manage and I’m going to be out of work for a second day and I only have a pill free ‘week’ of 5 days. I didn’t take the prophylactic meds in time before the hormone migraine set in as it came earlier than expected. How do others manage this and are your employers supportive in any way? Thanks for reading. Xx
