What were your symptoms with bowel adhesions caused by endometriosis

My bowel is completely tethered from endo and my symptoms are painful tugging sensation on the lower left side, a balloon sensation also on the lower left, painful bowel movements, blood in bm's from time to time and painful gas. I also get like a stitch sensation over my bowel and if I was to jog it feels like something is grabbing my bowel and bouncing on it, it's a odd painful feeling.

Are these pains only during period or daily pain?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I have the pains pretty much everyday but it does increase when my period shows up.
